Wojtek Mazolewski

Wojciech Rafał Mazolewski (born March 27, 1976 in Gdańsk) is a Polish jazz bassist and double bassist.
One of the co-creators of yassu. Leader of Pink Freud, Bassisters Orchestra and Wojtek Mazolewski Quintet.

Initially, he showed interest in punk music. At the age of 10, he performed for the first time on stage with the group Ivan the Terrible of his brother Jerzy Mazzolla. With time, he became interested in jazz, and by combining both styles, he contributed to the creation of yassu.
